Orders over 2500 Kč are FREE OF DELIVERY CHARGE (when paying with cash on delivery, we will contact you to check the validity of the order).
When you purchase more products, you pay only one postage, weighing and parcel size - we recommend DELIVERY PACKAGE for 99 Kč (we send this item with priority and it will arrive on the second day after shipment, other variants may take up to 3 days after shipment).

Complete delivery or shipping status information can be found in the "Delivery sent" email after 19:00. Complete information can be obtained in two ways: Online at www.cpost.cz in the Track & Trace section, where you need to enter the number of the shipment that comes to you on the day the shipment is dispatched. If you do not have access to the Internet, please call 800 177 889 for free. You need to know the number of the package that you receive when you create your order.

Claims for postal services:
We recommend checking the package as soon as it is received. Unpack the package directly at the post office or in front of the driver who is obliged to wait for your statement that the shipment is in order. Handle your complaint immediately at the post office with the Czech Postmaster. It is also necessary to inform us by email email@example.com.
