The legal reason for processing your personal data is that such processing is necessary to fulfill the agreement between you and the administrator or to implement the arrangements by the administrator before the conclusion of such a contract within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (b) Regulation (EC) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data). (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation").


The purpose of processing your personal data is to perform a contract between the buyer and the administrator or to execute a measure by the administrator before entering into such a contract. The administrator processes the customer's personal data without their consent for the purpose of processing their orders, concluding the contract, dispatching goods and resolving complaints, as these personal data are essential for the administrator in particular to fulfill his contractual obligations. For the purpose of the preceding paragraph, the administrator handles the customer's personal details, representing his / her surname, surname, address, billing address and delivery address, e-mail address, phone, IP address and cookies. This personal data is processed both for the purpose of fulfilling the aforementioned contractual obligations and for protecting its rights arising from the legal regulations and the rights of the Administrator's interests.

We also use these data to improve customer convenience when shopping, improving and adding new features, providing a comfortable overview of your orders, accessing ordered goods for your needs, for example, for simple complaints. Warning of availability and warehousing of goods and their favorable prices that are tied to your previous purchases and your interests. We use the data to improve our services, support our customers, evaluate our business activities so that we can make the right decisions in our business activities. We all do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in freedom of business and the need to improve service delivery due to success in competition.

We process your personal data on a legitimate interest basis in the case of business communications that follow your previous purchase, registration, or service request. Similar products that you have purchased. You can always reject these business messages by replying to incoming email. Or you can contact our customer service directly. If you unsubscribe to these business messages, we will no longer be using your email for these purposes.

Those who access to customer personal information are properly trained and familiar with the privacy policy of the administrator and his staff. The administrator processes the personal data of the customers who voluntarily provided them in connection with the ordering of their orders, as well as the data from publicly available registers. Customer's personal data will only be kept for as long as there is reason to store it and for which it is permitted or required by applicable Czech legislation. This means that these personal data will be kept for at least the duration of any contractual relationship with the administrator and for the next 4 years after the termination of the contractual relationship, in the case of disputes arising out of performance under the relevant customer order or for any other legal reason. Customer has the right to know, which personal data in relation to your ordering of goods in the e-shop are processed, request a copy of this data and the right to the portability of the selected data. In addition, it has the right to correct incorrect personal data and, in certain cases, to request the deletion of personal data (unless such personal data are no longer necessary for the above mentioned administrator's performance). Customer's personal data is under physical, electronic and procedural control to ensure that personal data are protected against unauthorized access or transmission, loss or destruction. For archiving obligations based on applicable laws, this ordering data can be stored for 10 years, for example, accounting documents, invoices issued by our company. 


The administrator transfers personal data to supervisors and other state authorities, if this obligation is set by a valid legal regulation. By processing the customer's personal data, the administrator may instruct a third person, the so-called "personal data processor", on the basis of a relevant contract that obliges the processor to have the same level of protection as the administrator provides. Some personal data may also be passed on to suppliers providing service administrators, may be passed on to sister companies and processors on the basis of performance of a sales contract or service, shipping companies on the basis of a contract or contract delivery, including withdrawal, other parties evaluating attendance and efficiency advertisements or direct marketing, lawyers, courts for the purpose of enforcing or concluding any contract. The Customer also has the right to make comments and objections to the processing of personal data, both directly to the Administrator and to the Office for Personal Data Protection. Our legitimate interest is also to evaluate the satisfaction of our clients so that we can respond to and improve our shortcomings and can additionally provide our customers with maximum service and assistance. For this purpose, we use a questionnaire of and we can only send your email and purchased products to your operator for the sole purpose of addressing and evaluating your satisfaction with your purchase. If you do not agree to forward the order, do not send and choose an alternative purchase option with us, for example, by phone.  


Under the terms and conditions set forth in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, the right to repair or delete your personal data, or limit their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been violated or the regulation is violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

You are under no obligation to provide personal information. Providing your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, and without providing your personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or to fulfill it by the administrator.
